My name is Katie Garrett and I am the owner of Fit 4 Life Health and Nutrition Coaching. I have a Bachelors Degree in Dietetics from the University of Alabama and am a Registered Dietetic Technician. I am also a Masters student in health promotion and nutrition at the University of Alabama. I am very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, good nutrition, and being active. Nutrition has played a large part in my life in more ways than one. From being overweight as a child and losing 65 lbs to being diagnosed with Celiac Disease just 3 years ago. I hope to use my knowledge in order to help others better themselves in all aspects of health.

*I will travel out of Fort Payne and Rainsville, there will be an extra charge for mileage depending on location*
