FIT4LYFE is South Florida's hottest new interval training circuit facility.
Located in Pembroke Pines, FIT4LYFE features group fitness classes every day of the week plus specialized classes such as OCR and agility training.
FIT4LYFE provides clients with individual attention and expert coaching in a fun and friendly environment.
Our group classes are fun and effective, with both morning and evening schedules. Each class lasts one hour and uses a combination of body weight with cardio and resistance training to help you:

• Decrease stress and increase your energy levels.
• Boost your metabolism and burn a crazy amount of calories, not only during but also after your workout.

Fit4Lyfe is located at 15893 Pines Blvd on the NE corner of Pines and Dykes. Head to the rear of the plaza (delivery area), and you will find Fit4Lyfe behind Petco, facing the lake.
