Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. It's a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby all at the same time. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking/jogging, strength, toning, & fun for kids. The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.

All locations also offer a free Our Village moms group so that moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.
