FIT4MOM offers a variety of workouts for pregnant moms, moms newly postpartum, and moms with kids of any age. Our Fit4Baby program is specifically designed for prenatal strength, incorporating strength and cardio at the level appropriate for each stage of pregnancy. Stroller Strides allows moms to bring children in strollers so that they can get a workout in while children are entertained. Body Back is an 8 week results-based program focused on gaining strength and lean muscle mass with coaching and camaraderie. Community is our focus in all of our programs.
