FIT4MOM Santa Cruz offers fitness programs for moms at every stage of motherhood!

Fit4Baby is our prenatal program designed for the expecting mom.

Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre classes are the perfect way to workout, spend time with your little one(s); and connect with other mamas.

Body Back is our mom-only results based transformation program. This "boot camp" style class combines exercise, whole food nutrition, and individual coaching to help moms become their best self.

Running Club is our training program open to moms of all different distances and paces! Together we train for local races.
