Fitcon Throwdown - Battle of the Boxes

FitCon is pumped to announce a new type of throwdown. We want to know who is the best overall box on the West Coast! This will be different than your classic “Throwdown” as this battle will test your gym against many other gyms from around the state. Instead of small teams or an individual throwdown, boxes around the state will be putting together their best 8 athletes to form a team of 4 men and 4 women. These teams will compete in a series of WODs that will require strategy, skill, strength, and grit. The Battle of the Boxes is more than just a typical throwdown as each WOD will consist of a series of exercises that face each team to compete smarter, not necessarily harder.
