Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is designed to make it as easy and convenient as possible for you to achieve and maintain your goals. Whether your goals focus on health and fitness, our staff is here to assist you.

We feature a staff of degreed and professional Health Fitness Specialists. Our staff are certified in CPR/AED and First Aid, and are members of the Fitness Center's Emergency Squad.

The Fitness Center has selected state-of-the-art fitness equipment. The Center's equipment includes a diverse selection of cardio, specialized weight equipment, and free weights. The facility offers a dedicated group exercise studio and a full-range of classes, such as interval training, toning, yoga, and much more.

To use the Fitness Center, you must be a member. To get started you will need to complete the on-line enrollment (https://tefitness.motivation.cc/) and go through a short orientation.
