• To provide opportunities of individuals, families and youth to receive education and fitness instruction in order to increase personal awareness in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• To provide opportunities to educate individuals, families and youth about the dangers of obesity, child diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and other health risks and through this knowledge develop life style changes to include exercise and understand how it affects the body.
• To work with underserved populations in a team building capacity through mentorship and by providing opportunities to support better physical fitness and awareness of a healthy lifestyle.
• To work with schools to provide coaching, team building, exercise and health regimens that lead to a healthy lifestyle.
• To work with youth on bully prevention, and with adults and youth on personal self-defense programs.
