Over 5,000 members have realized that exercise makes you happy, exercise IS medicine. We give you two floors of fitness fun to explore. We make healthy fun with over 80 group exercise classes per week, two swimming pools, gymnasium, rock wall, dry sauna, steam room, hot tub, racquetball courts, fun staff, and much more.

Mary and Dr. Byron Holm have been inspired to help people reach their God given potential since 1982 when they opened the first Fitness Forum in Plymouth. In 1997 they lost that building to a fire and moved to a "temporary" location on Hoham Drive, while LifePlex was being built. I, 2007 LifePlex opened; becoming the new home of what is now Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness.

We have been called Holm's, The Forum, LifePlex, "that fitness place", "the gym", and much more, but we are, your Fitness Forum Sports and Wellness, where Exercise IS Medicine!
