MY HEALTH & FITNESS JOURNEY

Like any busy mom, I wanted to get myself into shape after having 3 children, but struggled with how to make time for myself to do that. It wasn't until after my third child was born that I was finally able to make my goals in health and fitness a reality. When I found that my results were inspiring others, I decided to become a certified trainer and nutrition specialist so that I would have the tools and personal experience to help others achieve their goals. After years of keeping off the 50 pounds of extra weight that I once carried, I feel confident that I have found the formula for excellent health and fitness and amazing energy, all without starving!

If you are like me, then your children are your motivation to be fit, active, healthy and energetic. I am sure that you feel that setting a healthy example for your children is extremely important. Working together we will develop a plan that will help you create your health and fitness success story!

I know that time is an issue for many people, especially moms. Come to me and train nearby in my home gym. You say you can only work out when your baby is napping? Let me come to you and take that factor out of the equation! Plug in the baby monitor and lets get started! We can do this together! I promise to motivate and inspire you in your journey to optimal health and help you achieve your goals while having fun in the process! I will be on your team and in your corner the entire way. Let's get rid of excuses together and get healthy and fit at a time that works for you! I will have you looking like a true Fitness Ikon!
