Boutique style group training environment. Trainer Shelli is very hands on with Circuit/Boot Camp style training including Cardio, Core, and Resistance Training. Some days include fitness toys such as TRX, Rip Trainer, Bosu, Slam Balls, Battle Ropes, Gliding Disks, etc. Tabata interval timing is one of Shelli's favorite styles. Every day is different. All levels welcome!
