With 12 years of experience in the health & fitness industry, owners, Shana Skillstad has studied, applied, practiced and taught people how to change their life, while saving lives.

"The beautiful thing about what I do is that everyone needs a portion or all of what I offer! We all need to learn how to manage and control our health and wellness more consistency and effectively! Our society is extremely unhealthy and unaware of those long term dangers if something doesn't change! I want to help people learn so they can apply, practice and consistently keep themselves in check. I can't expect people to do better if they don't know better!"

Her after school programs have been a success in the Omaha Metro Area. She follows USDA standards and educated students, teachers, parents, administration, coaches on the importance of food and activity.

"You have to get them at every level because they all need to learn it and apply it so they can deliver it to the other people around them! Every single person can have an impact so they all need to understand the WHY!"
