My tenure in the Real Estate industry began in Southern California in 1996, where I have held a Real Estate License ever since. I’ve worked in nearly every aspect of retail sales from the entry-level telemarketer to Sales Manager. As an Account Executive in wholesale lending I managed the loan origination for an entire state of mortgage brokers.

Spending time as a title sales representative for one of the largest land title companies in the world I became “Land Title Certified.” This designation has enabled me to assist clients in not only resolving title issues but preventing catastrophes.

Experience has been a great teacher and enabled me to amass a personal real estate portfolio of nearly 2 million dollars. I presently operate FixNFlip Real Estate, a company that wholesales, and redevelops Georgia real estate. Our plan is to provide well built, affordable homes because we firmly believe that “Every Child Deserves a Home”, so why not live in one of ours.

I constantly assist other real estate investors in property acquisitions, by providing assistance in analyzing the after repair value, repair cost and finally the entrance and exit plans. My mantra is “I can do more with a group of people than I can do all by myself” so let’s work together.
