Welcome to Flacas Fitness and Brews – Come for the workout and stay for the brews! We offer a variety of fitness classes using state of the art streaming technology as well as live teaching. We welcome everyone from beginners to fitness enthusiasts. If your goals are flexibility, strengthening, weight loss or injury recovery, we have something for you! Don’t be shy – come in and try it!

Stay for the Brews. We are serving up local Texas craft beers and wines. Sit down and stay awhile – we have a variety of bold and flavorful items on our cafe menu using fresh ingredients from many of our local Texas vendors. Come and listen to local singer/songwriters at our Open Mic night every Tuesday from 6 - 9 PM. Enjoy LIVE MUSIC on Saturday evenings.
