Flathead County Animal Shelter

Flathead County Animal Shelter is a No Kill facility that houses stray and abandoned dogs and cats. We also accept owner surrendered pets to be placed for adoption.

The staff works diligently to provide a safe, healthy environment for the homeless pets who reside at the shelter until permanent homes can be found.

As always, volunteers and donations are gladly accepted, and highly appreciated. Most of the time, the shelter runs at full and/or overflowing capacity, so extra helping hands, and hearts, are welcomed anytime! The animals truly enjoy as much one on one attention as they can get...if you can give a little, you will get a lot! Tax deductible donations may be sent to FSF, PO Box 1035, Kalispell, MT 59903.

To report animal abuse/neglect please contact the Flathead County Sheriff's Office at (406)758-5585, and ask to speak with an Animal Control Officer.

The FCAS Facebook page is run, and maintained, by a volunteer, offsite from FCAS. Any Facebook user that posts hostile, or profane, language and/or becomes disrespectful in any post on the FCAS Facebook page will be documented and removed from the Facebook page.
