Flatland CrossFit

All of our trainers are level one CrossFit certified instructors who want to help you improve your fitness level and quality of life. Our workout sessions normally run 20 minutes or less and if you come ready to work hard you will achieve a higher level of fitness than you had before you came in. The first visit is FREE and drop ins are only $15. So come and try us out!

Then 7:30 PM class on Friday also.

Per month unlimited rates are:
Individual- $80
Couple- $145
College Student - $70
Military/police/fire- $70
Military/Police/fire couple - $125
Family add on - $15
Drop in rate - $15 (first visit is free!)
