More about Fleece Performance Engineering

Fleece Performance Engineering was established in North Salem, IN by Brayden and Chase Fleece in 2006. Both had a passion for continuously innovating new products and improving upon Products already on the market. Brayden’s 2004.5 LLY Duramax became the test bed to develop the TurboBrake and Duramax Cheetah, while Chase’s 2002 Cummins was one of the fi rst Cummins pickups to integrate an Allison Transmission. As a team, Fleece Performance Engineering, Inc. has grown on the principles of innovation, quality and Customer service. Products such as the line of Cheetah Turbochargers, TapShifter, and TurboBrake put Fleece Performance on the map. Today, the Fleece Performance team continues to build upon those products and customer service capabilities, as well as develop and market new and innovative products for the automotive after-market. In 2012 Fleece Performance upgraded both facility and location by relocating to Brownsburg, IN among some of the racing leaders of the world such as: John Force Racing, Don Schumacher Racing, and Morgan Lucas Racing. In 2014, FPE purchased the area’s premier engine machine shop, Freedom Racing Engines. The acquisition of Freedom gave Fleece Performance the ability to
expand and expedite it’s engine development program. Fleece
Performance and Freedom Racing Engines now make some of the most competitive engines in the industry. Fleece Performance has built a reputation as one of the premier truck builders in the industry and strives to keep pushing the limits even higher.
