A Little About Me...
Many people ask me how I became a Yogi. It's pretty simple, many years ago, I was 50 lbs over weight, my body ached, and my mind was in constant chaos. The day I found yoga, a whole new world opened up to me. From that point on, I've embarked on a journey to self awareness, strength, healing, and love.
I am passionate about teaching people to love themselves and show then how to relieve stress, and restore a youthful mobility that time has robbed from them.
