Float Realm is a floatation therapy spa that provides a place for true rest and relaxation through a non-invasive individual floating experience.

Routine sessions at our float spa can help to alleviate stress, aches and pains, and detoxify, by allowing you to literally float in a Epsom salt bath contained in a revolutionary “pod” that is designed to keep distracting sound and light out.

The buoyancy created by the salt to water ratio creates an “anti-gravity” environment allows you to float effortlessly. There are no external sensory inputs for your brain to process, therefore you can calm your mind completely.

Our spa is located in the charming and natural setting of Historic Saratoga Village. We take pride in providing a relaxing, clean, and private space for each customer to float with maximum comfort and ease.
