Float was opened to help others achieve total mind, body and soul balance. In order to achieve balance one needs to align in harmony, both physically and spiritually, to truly move forward in life. Float offers various modalities to assist clients on their journey. Reiki and meditation are offered to cleanse and balance the mind and soul. Various massage treatments are offered to relax and release stress from the body. One on one, group training and daily classes are offered in our boutique fitness studio. Nutrition counseling is available to assist in balancing the body.
