Located in Russian River Valley 10 minutes south of Healdsburg, this industrial chic farmhouse is a newly renovated, one-story, 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom 3,000 square foot home with central heat and AC. A home in wine country wouldn’t be complete without a pool, and Floceti Wine Country Escape features a new 24’x45’ foot 50,000 gallon, heated salt-water pool. With three waterfall features, a built-in bench spanning the full length of the pool, a Mediterranean-pebble sheen bottom, and chaise lounges, it’s a perfect location for an afternoon swim and a glass of Rosé.

Floceti Wine Country Escape also features additional outdoor amenities including:

This modern farmhouse is across the street from Sonoma-Cutrer’s Russian Hill Vineyard, and within 10 minutes of many other wineries including Gary Farrell, Copain, Hartford Family, Rochioli Vineyards and more. La Crema Winery is also opening a tasting room within walking distance in Spring of 2016.

For food lovers both the Michelin-starred Farmhouse Inn restaurant and highly acclaimed John Ash restaurant are less than 1.5 miles away, with access to fantastic restaurants in downtown Healdsburg a short 10-minute drive as well.

Additional attractions within a short drive include dining the Barlow in downtown Sebastopol, river rafting in Guerneville, hiking in Armstrong Redwoods Preserve and quick trips to the Sonoma coast. The Silverado Wine Trail, Calistoga, St. Helena, and Sonoma are to the southeast and can be enjoyed on a day trip during your stay in wine country as well.

San Francisco is also an hour south for day trips to enjoy the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and everything the city has to offer. This great location is truly the ‘Grand Central Station’ of Sonoma County, providing easy access to all that Sonoma County offers.
