Floral Avenue

Floral Avenue is the ideal setting for the next generation of American homes. Located in the heart of Skokie’s vibrant downtown, this picturesque tree-lined neighborhood by StreetScape Development will feature a collection of 27 custom-tailored single-family homes in two styles: StreetScape Homes and Courtyard Homes.

The overall design concept for of Floral Avenue draws inspiration from the New Urbanism movement, which promotes walkable neighborhoods with a diverse range of housing styles. All homes feature energy-saving construction and a variety of features and amenities that promote neighborly living and a strong sense of community.
