Buy A Renovated Home-
Thanks to partnerships with Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa, you can now receive down payment assistance to purchase a newly-renovated home, without the need to provide "sweat equity." You do not need to be a first-time home buyer to qualify! Homes are available in selected areas through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (N.S.P.). Down payment range between $500 and 2% of the purchase price depending on your circumstances
