Mother and daughter team, Jessica and Juli Roberts, are thrilled to be a part of the blossoming Louisville food scene.
After completing her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry at the Culinary Institute of America, Jessica spent the next two years working in restaurants in the Bay Area. She returned to her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky in January of 2013 and launched Flour de Lis Bakery in May. As Juli was the person who taught Jessica how to bake and fostered in her a passion for food, she was Jessica's first choice of business partner.
Together, Jessica and Juli are combining their love of delicious Southern desserts with their passion for their hometown to serve the community seasonal treats made with as many locally sourced ingredients as possible.
