Flowforms Yoga

Flowforms Yoga offers a chance to practice peace in uplifting classes seven days a week for all levels. Everyday is a different challenge, so take the right class for you on any given day.

Our instructors focus on personal service and on your specific needs. If you have an injury or simply want to focus on a specific body part, let us know! Our alignment-based yoga and full instruction practice is suitable for all levels of yogis.

The studio itself is a pathway to serenity. Your yoga practice will be like a mini vacation. We provide you with all the necessary equipment you might need during class, including mat, straps, blocks, blankets and bolsters. However, if you wish to bring your own mat, please do so!

Yoga makes your mind calm and peaceful, opens your heart to abundance and blessings, and tones, strengthens and heals your body. Yoga is for everybody, all ages, all fitness levels, all body types, it meets you where you are today and transforms who you will become tomorrow. Treat Yourself!
