For Bill & Jennifer Craft, this ranch is home. The ranch has been owned and operated by the Craft family for three generations. The Crafts have been catering to Johnson County and the metroplex since 1995. They decided that it was time to invite their friends and family to come out to enjoy their ranch for a change. They converted and expanded their catering kitchen into a unique one of a kind venue. They are proud of their rare and authentic Texas pieces and family relics that give Fly by Night Cattle Co. its very unique atmosphere.

From Texas cuisine to southern comfort, Fly by Night takes pride in serving great food from our own family recipes. Our steaks are hand cut daily from only the finest Black Angus beef available and you better come hungry for our Texas sized chicken fried steak. You won’t be disappointed! Join us in the spring for our Sunday dinner, served from an 1896 John Deere chuck wagon, featuring Jennifer’s grandmother’s fried chicken, chicken fried steak, and all the family fixin’s to go with it, even an old fashioned dessert.
