Flying Frog Academy

Flying Frog Academy is Sonoma County's one & only Parkour & Freerunning Academy! At our one of a kind indoor parkour park, students of all ages will learn to navigate their environment and accomplish fun movement challenges while learning parkour specific movements and skills. All of our classes focus on safety, precision, and perseverance, while also incorporating explorative play, strength building and creativity.

We offer parkour classes for kids, teens, and adults, plus birthday parties, camps, field trips, and more!
