FLYING KICK FITNESS is a place where the whole family can learn Tae Kwon Do in a fun and safe environment! We have been serving families in our Bethesda location for 20 years. Our goal is to provide Tae Kwon Do as a Defensive Art in a safe, positive, and caring manner.
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean art of self-defense. At FLYING KICK, we teach the traditional forms and techniques, as well as Olympic-style sparring.
Proper training in Tae Kwon Do improves fitness, balance, coordination, muscle tone, and flexibility.
