SELF DEFENSE, and the FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) of KALI and SILAT!

The UNARMED segment of our program teaches you no-nonsense, effective self-protection. The style is fluid and relaxed.

Self Protection (not sport!) training against Bad guys trying to Strike, Clinch, and get you on the Ground. Defense against weapons, multiple opponents, and the important subjects of avoidance, awareness and de-escalating conflict.

The WEAPON portion focuses on Actual Fighting Proficiency (not just forms and patterns) with:
- Knife
- Sword
- Impact weapons
and improvised weapons, in the various ranges of a Real, Deadly force, encounter.
