Dr. Olsen practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgeries to bone grafting procedures and wisdom tooth removal at our Folsom dental office. Dr. Olsen's staff is trained in assisting with various sedation techniques including I.V. sedation within our state of the art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. The friendly surgical staff are experienced, oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of I.V. sedation and surgery. Dr. Olsen works with some of the best general and family dentists in the greater Sacramento area as well as various dental specialist in order to cover every aspect of patient care. *Meet Dr. Greg Olsen*
He is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, a board certified dental anesthesiologist, and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, California Dental Society of Anesthesiology, National Board of Dental Anesthesiology, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District Dental Society. Dr. Olsen maintains active hospital privileges at Mercy Folsom and Mercy General. Dr. Olsen and his wife, a dental hygienist participate in dental mission trips and serve those in need locally on an annual basis. During his spare time Dr. Olsen enjoys fly fishing, cycling, hiking, and especially time with his wife, family and friends.
