FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM & BUY A BOOTH PROGRAM

Individuals and/or organizations are invited to contribute to the FPVI Fellowship Program. The Program is the FPVI way of recognizing all of the generous people and organizations that make them a success.

For a donation of $500.00, you will receive the
KAY K FUKUSHIMA plaque
For a donation of $300.00, you will receive the
DON RING plaque
For a donation of $150.00, you will receive the
RICHARD MERZ plaque

When a person or group participates in the BUY A BOOTH PROGRAM FOR $2500.00, they are entitled to become a life-time sponsor of a reading room. A plaque, bearing the sponsor’s name, will be placed outside the reading room, and a duplicate plaque will be presented to the sponsoring individual or group. And from that time on, each recording that is produced in that reading room will acknowledge the sponsor’s generous contribution to the Folsom Project for the Visually Impaired.

These sponsorship programs generate the revenue needed for the supplies, repairs and equipment necessary to maintain this rapidly growing program, enabling them to continue providing this critical assistance to people living with disabilities.
