Specializing in made to order shirts, warm-ups, cups/mugs, water bottles, customized pillows, koozies and anything else you can think of!

We accept payments via PayPal. All orders must be paid for in full prior to your items being started.

Cancellation Policy: After payment has made, you may cancel within 24 hours. After 24 hours we are unable to refund if you choose to cancel your order.

Due to time and scheduling constraints, all orders will be available for local delivery one day a week or for shipping. We are confident this will be more efficient and an easier method for our customers as well as us moving forward to allow for production of more orders and juggling our family life in the mix as well.
Local delivery: Tuesday evenings (Findlay or Fostoria) we will be meeting at one location for multiple local deliveries, if you are unable to meet at on that day/at that location please plan on paying for shipping.
Shipping/Out of town delivery: Items will be shipped USPS and will have a tracking number that we will provide to you. If you would like to purchase insurance for your items, please let us know prior to purchase so we can provide you with an accurate cost of shipping. For Crafts Sake is not responsible for lost and/or damage during shipping if you choose not to purchase insurance through USPS.

Returns and Exchanges: We are not responsible for incorrect information or clothing sizes that we were provided to us. We are unable to offer any sort of refund on custom items unless there was a mistake on our behalf. If you receive your products and are unhappy, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will try to resolve the problem. Customer service is important to us!
