For The Love Of Honey

After seeing so many family members and friends become ill or pass away, our family has been dedicated to living a healthier lifestyle. We have done our research and have drastically cut down the amount of toxins and harmful chemicals that we ingest or put on our bodies everyday. We not only feel better, but we know we are making good, positive changes to our bodies and overall health. We don't do special diets, and we don't go to the gym. We watch what we eat (we try to eat all natural or organic foods and foods without dyes or preservatives), we watch what we put on our bodies (using home made shampoos, soaps, lotions, salves, bug sprays, sunscreen, etc), we use home made cleaning products so we aren't inhaling chemicals harmful to our lungs and we are very active outside our home. I feel better knowing that what I'm using and buying for me and my family won't harm them in the long run.
