My story, like most shop stories, starts with my own personal need. I was desperate to find motivation to get back into the gym so I made a promise to myself. Each week I went 3 days, for at least 30 minutes, I would make myself a new workout shirt. After a few weeks I realized that I was excited to go and show off my new shirts! My good friend said, "you should sell these!" and the idea was planted.

...And that brings me to today. Thank you for visiting my shop! I am a stay at home mom to 3 rambunctious, beautiful, smart, (did I mention rambunctious???) kids. I have 2 dogs and a wonderfully supportive husband. I'm both a runner and a frequent visitor of my local YMCA. I have a very firm belief that you should do whatever it takes to get yourself moving! Running, walking, biking, dancing, and everything else....it doesn't matter. JUST MOVE!

I have worked for 15+ years in customer service, with almost all of it being in retail. I strive to sell only quality items that I know you'll love and customer service is my top priority! If you need anything, don't hesitate to reach out to me!
