After working as a personal trainer for 8 years, Forge Fitness founder, Geronimo Basurto decided to move into a different style of training and lead high-intensity group classes when he realized that something was missing about the way group fitness was taught.

With a lot of the focus being on high-intensity training, Geronimo noticed that other aspects of fitness were falling short. This lead to the creation of a unique training experience where three pillars of fitness would take focal point: cardiovascular endurance, muscle development, and neuromuscular efficiency. Forge Fitness has set a group fitness environment that will transcend the studio walls. Where the goal is to have individuals take the philosophies taught at Forge and apply them to everyday life because with the right mentality, you can accomplish anything.
