What is Forge Fitness? FORGE FITNESS is more than a gym- it is a community formed around fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility includes locker rooms for men and women and a designated kid’s area. We offer group and individual coaching based on the CrossFit methodology-constantly
varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We have a passion for seeing our members develop their physical capabilities beyond what they thought was possible. Their progress
