FORM{yoga} is an encouraging music driven yoga studio in downtown Decatur. We are a collection of dedicated yogis who love to learn and explore on our mat. We know you will find our light-hearted community warm and welcoming. Our hope is that as you find your place in our family you’ll share your experience with others and our community will continue to grow. At FORM{yoga} you will find a selection of dynamic teachers, each encouraged to lead class from their strengths while guiding you in a safe and non competitive atmosphere. Our smaller class sizes allow for personal attention and partner work so that your practice grows in a rich way.
