Forno Rosso serves authentic Neapolitan cuisine to downtown Brooklyn. Our food is born from love and made to transport you to Naples. Chef Petrosini, born and raised there, has authenticity running through his blood -- genetically, spiritually, educationally passed on to him from his Nonna. When he cooks, he cannot make it any other way but the right way, and he never compromises on ingredients, authenticity, and technique.

Our food, born from the love and the need to create it, has been passed along for generations into this current space and time, where for a brief moment, you eat and feel like you are enjoying your meal on Via Francesco Caracciolo in Naples. Forno Rosso pizza is cooked in a wood burning oven and is very different from a typical Brooklyn pizza. The crust, sauce and toppings are authentic to Naples, Italy.
