Fort Smith Boxing Association

The Fort Smith Boxing Club is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We are registered with the USA Boxing Association. We provide a safe environment to train and work out in the sport of amateur boxing.
We offer free boxing lessons to all youth and young adults. There are no fees to join or monthly dues. The only fee we charge the boxer is a $56 annual fee to The USA Boxing Association. There are no paid employees in this organization. This fees covers insurance for the student during work out training and to and from all boxing events. Through the FSBC the students will have the opportunity to compete in the United States Junior Olympics.
Boxing promotes exercise, good eating habits, and a good work ethic. The coaches work with our future leaders to be able to be held accountable by building self-confidence and pride in what they can accomplish in their lives. This will include, but not limited to training, good sportsmanship, guidance, good grades and good old fashioned one-on-one male mentoring.
The FSBC is in need of funds to help with uniforms, rent, utilities, travel costs to include lodging and some food cost when the club travels out of town. There are also USA Boxing Association club fees, coach’s license fees, and registration fees.
Our funding has been primarily through private donations and fundraising events.
We are located at 1525 May Ave., Ft. Smith, AR. The majority of the youth in our organization are from low to moderate income families. Giving our students a safe enjoyment environment helps keep kids out of trouble and off the streets. The benefits of amateur boxing will last a lifetime.

The mission of USA Boxing shall be to enable United States' athletes and coaches to achieve sustained competitive excellence, develop character, support the sport of boxing, and promote and grow Olympic style boxing in the United States. The responsibility of USA Boxing is not only to produce Olympic gold, but also oversee and govern every aspect of amateur boxing in the United States.
