We started with a vision of wanting to bring authentic, quality Chinese and Japanese flavors to Waco, and that’s why we decided to open Fortune Cookie Express. On the first floor, you’ll find our restaurant. Our large menu selection (which includes a kid’s menu) means you’ll be able to find the perfect dish to cure your craving. On the second floor, you can enjoy our boba tea lounge. There you can relax with a drink and use our complimentary Wi-Fi.
