Teachers are very well trained and knowledgeable in Yoga Therapeutics, Prenatal Yoga, Pain Management and Stress Relief.

Students learn countless ways to reduce pain and improve overall health and are greatly inspired to live with less fear and greater joy.

Other studio offerings include music concerts, dance instruction, ayurvedic cooking and nutrition and personal transformation workshops.
