Four Directions Studio

Our studio is devoted to yoga and meditation. Our direction is one of practice.
We bring our awareness and efforts to the mat and to the cushion.
Our class offerings are intended to bring support, spaciousness and inspiration to our students. Our class styles are varied, to meet each person in a place that honors their individual direction.
We are located directly across from the Westwood Town Hall at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Montana Avenue in the heart of Westwood.
We offer yoga classes, workshops, retreats, meditation and Yoga Teacher Training.
We also provide space for other disciplines such as individual energy work sessions, body work, and other heart centered practices.
