Pet Policy:

We are accepting one indoor cat with an additional security deposit of $500. plus $40 extra rent per mo. Or you can have 1 dog with weight restrictions and additional $500 deposit plus $40 a month pet rent. All pets must have proof from vet of up to date shoots and spayed or neutered.
