Situated on an acre in the heart of the Opelika Historical District, Fox Hall was built in 1946 by Mr. Hall. Mr. Hall hand drew some design elements of the home for his architect based on his travels to Europe and favorite rooms in Bavaria and Switzerland. The grounds are landscaped with mature azaleas, dogwoods, hydrangeas, magnolias, Japanese magnolias, gardenias and Japanese Maples that provide a burst of color every Spring. The home is located prominently on the Azalea and Dogwood Trail and has been recognized for many years as one of the most beautiful yards in the district.
