Fractional Share Pike Lake Cabin

The current owners, who built the cabin in 1993, need to sell their beloved lake home as they’re entering retirement. However, they would like to keep a 1/9th share of the cabin so that they can continue to enjoy it for 40 days a year and sell the remaining 8 shares. Ultimately, they would like themselves and the other 8 equal owners to be able to pass their share to heirs or sell their share at a later date.

You would have access to cabin for 40 days a year, 10 days per season. You can use your days to enjoy the cabin, rent it out, or trade days with other owners.

Cabin would be owned by an LLC and the owners would be equal members of the LLC. The LLC document would outline expenses, re-sale, dispute resolution, and other rules to ensure pleasurable ownership for all owners.
