Frankie's NY Bagels

Hello...my name is Frankie.

I am from Upstate NY and have been missing that NY Style bagel (a crispy outer layer and soft & chewy inside) ever since I moved away. So....I decided to start making them myself. This passion has evolved into a business so I can share my love for NY bagels with my community.

Each bagel is hand-shaped, boiled and baked fresh every day. Making bagels is a labor of love: it takes a day and a half to create these treats, which is why you must order ahead! Try one and you will taste the difference.

I currently work out of a kitchen at Redwood Acres. My goal is to have a retail spot in the future to feed more and more of you. :)
