Franklin Park Civic Center, also known as "The Tudor House," is a beautiful 20-room, brick Tudor-style mansion sitting on 5.8 acres, with a 335 foot frontage on the west shore of Turkeyfoot Lake.
Originally built as a wedding gift to his grandson, Frank Hibbard Mason began construction in 1927.
Tudor House was entered into the National Register of Historic Places. The nomination had been approved by the Ohio Historic Site Preservation Advisory Board.
The Tudor House and grounds may be rented for weddings, receptions, showers, business meetings, graduations, family reunions, private parties, dinner parties and corporate events and outings.
