Frasier Meadows

Frasier, located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, offers an exceptional Boulder setting, close to everywhere you’d like to be, with an enriching lifestyle and an involved community. Since 1960, Frasier has provided exceptional quality services to seniors and is Boulder’s only accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community. As a not-for-profit community, the needs of our residents always come first. Our residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and our Skilled Nursing Center (including memory care, respite and rehabilitation care) reflect the diverse and eclectic population of our well-known university town, which is home to the Boulder campus of the University of Colorado.

Frasier was founded by the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Methodist Church. The groundbreaking was held June 8, 1958, on twenty acres of land contributed by Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Frasier. Subsequently, 220 apartments, 30 assisted living apartments, a health care center, and award-winning wellness center have been constructed on the campus.

As a not-for-profit organization founded upon the principle of service, Frasier endeavors to provide tangible benefits both to our residents and to the greater Boulder community. While these social accountability efforts focus on caring for seniors, we are proud of our partnerships with diverse organizations that work to improve the community in areas such as health, wellness, service and leadership.
