Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival

The Annual Jaycees’ Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival returns to Downtown Marktplatz, Fredericksburg, Texas, Memorial Day Weekend, May 26-28, 2017 .The Festival will feature activities for the whole family including lots of great cajun food, live music, crawfish races, and a fun carnival for the young and young at heart!

This year’s musical entertainment will feature The Bush Holloway Band, Bayou Roux, Fred Rusk & Zydeco Hi'Steppers, Little Texas and Roger Creager. Check out the entertainment schedule here: www.fbgcrawfishfest.com.

The Festival is organized by the Fredericksburg Jaycees and Signal Fredericksburg. The Fredericksburg Jaycees were founded in 1940 by a group of local businessmen with the vision to raise money to support local organizations. Since their founding, the Jaycees have grown to promote large fundraisers with all of the proceeds being used to help youth organizations, charitable groups and those in need within our community in Texas.
