WE SUPPLY:
Medical Care, Dental Care, Vision Care, Children's Immunization, Sports Physicals, Health Screening, Specialty Care Referral, Medication Assistance, and Flu Shots for FREE to people who cannot afford basic medical care.

To provide and facilitate access to free,compassionate, quality health care for children and adults who are otherwise unable to access such services.

WALK-IN CLINIC
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm (sign-in begins at 8:30)
Tuesday, Thursday 6:00pm - 9:00pm (sign-in begins at 5:30)

OFFICE HOURS
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm
